*Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Noida*, conducted a highly informative workshop on Health and Nutrition for Journalism students. The keynote speakers of the session were Ruchika Bhanot and Arti Sharma a Nutrition Trainer & Diabetes educator. The workshop aimed towards guiding students about good nutrition and diet for better health.
During the session, Ruchika Bhanot explained how a good nutrition plan could lower the risk of developing certain diseases such as diabetes, and osteoporosis. Both the body and the brain benefit from healthy eating.*Arti Sharma, Nutrition Trainer & Diabetes Educator,*said that, “/A person’s general health and well-being depend on having a good diet, engaging in regular exercise, and maintaining a healthy weight./”
While addressing the students,*Dr. Kulneet Suri, Senior Director of IMS Noida*, said, “/Healthy diet is crucial to your life, there is no doubt about that. You may be more susceptible to illnesses, infections, or even tiredness if you don’t keep a good diet for your body/.”“/A balanced diet alone is insufficient; equally necessary are healthy eating habits/,”she added.
