Adani Power (Jharkhand) Limited, Godda has been awarded the Jharkhand Social Excellence Award 2023 for its outstanding contribution to the betterment of society. The award was presented to the company’s representatives Sanjeev Shekhar and Prawin Kumar by Jharkhand DGP Ajay Kumar Singh at a function in Ranchi.
The award was given in recognition of the company’s CSR work in Godda, which includes initiatives in the areas of health, education, and infrastructure development. The company has also set up a number of skill development centers in the district, which have helped to train thousands of people in various trades.
The function was organized by a private news channel and was attended by a number of dignitaries, including Jharkhand Health Minister Banna Gupta, Jharkhand Congress President Rajesh Thakur, BJP Rajya Sabha Member Sanjay Seth, Jharkhand BJP President Deepak Prakash, BJP MLA CP Singh, and Jharkhand DGP Ajay Kumar Singh.
