Shilpi Reddy Foundation is pleased to announce its upcoming event, Mrs MOM 2023 in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Vizag after completing successfully 6 seasons of Cuddles Mrs MOM in Hyderabad. This event is specifically designed to address the needs and concerns of pregnant couples, offering them vital information, resources, and support throughout their journey to parenthood. Dr. K. The event will take place on 15th October at Bengaluru, 29th October at Chennai, 5th November at Vizag, 19, 24, and 25th November at Hyderabad, and the grand finale will be at Santhi Sarovar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad on 26th November. Physical, mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellness is important for pregnant couples and their family. 85% of those who participated in these programs for the last six years had normal deliveries.
Obesity and PCOD issues
Most of the women from the metro cities are facing issues like obesity, diabetes, and pcod. Not having proper food, sitting all the time, and not having any kind of physical activity are the main culprits. Most of them are having fertility issues. Even if they get pregnant through IVF or other methods, it is a high-risk pregnancy only. Nearly 50% of the women from Hyderabad are facing these issues, and they are causing most of the c-section cases. The newborn children are also facing issues like child obesity and juvenile diabetes. Mrs MOM is conducted to overcome all these issues.
Husbands are also important
Most of the families are nuclear in the metro cities. Husbands, who don't know what to do or what not to do are suffering. So, we welcome both husband and wife to this program. Here we teach them how to take care of their pregnant wife. What kind of food does she need, what to feed the children, how to take care of them, and how to take care of the wife after delivery is also taught to them.
Those who participate in this program should also tell their neighbors about the advantages of this. Nearly 85-95% of the deliveries in Telangana are c-sections only. That's why the state government is moving swiftly to encourage natural deliveries. Small changes in our lifestyle, and food are needs of the hour. Psychological and spiritual well-being will lead to the natural delivery and well-being of both mother and child. All these are part of this program.
