By supporting, educating, and connecting, the network enhances awareness and allyship within the organization. They have implemented several policy and benefits enhancements, including gender-neutral policy wording, comprehensive non-discrimination policies, gender-neutral insurance coverage for same-sex partners, paid transition leave, and all-gender restrooms.
